How can I keep your service discrete?
Most of our cases can be handled by telephone or email but, in those instances where a personal meeting is appropriate, we can meet with you at our office or at a place of your choosing. All communications with clients are treated with the utmost confidentiality and are shared only among the investigator or investigators working your case.
Also, working for your attorney as opposed to you as an individual provides us an additional level of confidentiality called the Attorney Work Product Doctrine. This legal principle protects materials prepared in anticipation of litigation from discovery by opposing council.
